- Returns for non-defective items is solely at the discretion of Austramedex and if authorised will attract a re-stocking fee of 20%.
- Authorised returns will only be accepted if the goods are in re-saleable condition. Any goods returned in unsaleable condition will be returned to customer for payment in full (including return freight costs)
- Non-Quality related returns will be at customer’s expense.
- Prior to ANY return customer must request a Return Authorisation from Austramedex.
- All goods specifically manufactured or ordered for the Customer will not be returnable except due to defect unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
